US Sales Executive (Chicago)
Role: US Sales Executive
Reporting To: US Omni Sales Manager

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday

The Role:
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand reach, nurture client relationships and deliver sales growth. The Chicago Sales Executive role will support the Omni Channel Sales team by building the network of interior design contacts, through excellent sales, communication and relationship skills. The role will strive to achieve sales targets for the trade and wholesale business for the Chicago territory, while upholding brand standards and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, including interior designers, architects, and high-end retailers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Present House of Hackney’s collections, educating clients on product details and brand values.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings, showroom visits, and industry events.
- Meet and exceed sales and appointment targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
- Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to align on business strategies.
- Provide market insights, client feedback, and competitive analysis to inform brand growth.
- Represent House of Hackney at trade shows, networking events, and pop-ups.
- A consistent brand ambassador, representing the brand to expected standards at all times.
- Partake in regular training to ensure full and in depth understanding of collections and products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
- Minimum 2 years previous working experience in outside sales roles within the interiors market.
- A strong network within the interior design and architecture community is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within the designated sales territory and attend industry events.
- Passion for design, interiors, and sustainability.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Personal alignment with House of Hackney mission and values.
